Information You Send Directly
Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into a search form are sent to the third-party provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. If you email us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services create routine logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of access. We use aggregated log information to operate the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
We use this limited information to run and maintain the site, troubleshoot errors, measure general traffic, and improve content. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Websites
Links may lead to Gloucester County and New Jersey portals, archives, library collections, or third-party search tools. Their privacy practices govern information you submit after leaving this site. That includes sponsored search results, which are supplied by a third party.
Service Providers
Hosting and support providers may process the server-log information described above. Analytics and advertising partners may receive automatic technical data. We disclose information when valid legal process requires disclosure and otherwise do not share it.
Data Security
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are kept only for as long as the operating purposes require. Since there are no accounts, the site does not hold a visitor password or profile that could be exposed from an account system.
Visitors Under 18
This resource is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
New Jersey’s Data Privacy Act, P.L.2023 c.266, provides qualifying consumers with access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights in circumstances covered by the law. It includes a public-information exception and does not create a universal right to remove government records. Because this site retains very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and relevant logs and removing what we find. Use the Contact page to make a request. Requests about a record held by Deptford, Gloucester County, or New Jersey belong with that record’s custodian.
Policy Updates
We will post changes to this privacy policy on this page. Continued use after a posted change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
